[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Transaction failure

I tried to buy a nokia 150 dual sim on 11 th july 2017. But the transaction failed but the money deducted from my account. The shopping site is snapdeal. I called the costumer care they said to wait for 72 hours for refund. They promised for refund. But money is not refunded yet. What should i do. The order number [protected] transaction number is[protected]. The transaction done by sbi debit card.
