Hello sir, I m vineeta shukla from Indore my mobile was dead from dec.2016 for that i m unable to use any net services.when i got my mobile then i checked my statement of bank account then i saw my amount is deducted without any purchase and order or services usage on date 19/01/17 which txn no.is POS PRCH POS[protected].I requesting u to help me for refund my deducted amount in my bank account.
