A matter of disgrace and a disappointing while hearing this from a reputed and re known organisation as Snapdeal.
As the customer is placing an order with directly to the snapdeal irrespective of the which channel or courier service they are using for the shipment.
The order is being placed on 10th Oct 14 and in between and we have cancelled the order on 28th Oct 2014 as the order delivery goes on to an uncertain delay.
We have called the customer care more then 10 times but every time, i have been told that the complaint has been raised and will communicate within 48 hrs, however that 48 hours never come.
