I am here to 'complain' the behavior of the delivery boy. Dated on 16th june 2017, one of my orders was to delivered today. The delivery guy called in the morning but due to some inconveniences we couldn't get hold of it. He called again in the afternoon stating he was near my area to deliver my product. When he came to give it, i was quite shocked as he behaved quite rudely which was clearly not the way to speak to your customer and clearly grave enough for me to go to the length of writing a complaint about it. Adding to it, he didnt take my signature as a proof along with refusing to pay the change claiming i paid enough. I had to go back and clear out and later he returned after asking firmly, which gave me an impression of complete unethical behaviour of his job. So i'd simply ask you to take care of this situation and also that it doesn't happen again. The delivery guy's name is prakash and his number is [protected].
