[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unexpected delay in delivery of product | |||||
Order Id: [protected] I have already cancelled my previous product due to unexpected delay in delivery(Order ID : [protected]) If you guys cannot give a proper delivery date then dont give the date and then delay it and harass the consumers. The estimated delivery date of above product is today but i got a call from customer care that he will contact the concerned department and if possible will try to deliver the product within next 2 days. This is how snapdeal unboxes happiness?? Pathetic experience and i swear even if i get the product or not i will take this issue to every social platforms so that other consumers will be cautious while ordering something expensive from snapdeal.
