Hello there,
My order id is [protected], and i ordered Zook motto 69 premium biking gloves on 11 jan 2017, later after waiting for 3 days on 14 jan 2017 i received a shipment from snapdeal but the product sent to me is different.. the one i got is PRO-BIKER riding gloves.. immediately on the same day i called snapdeal and asked for the issue.. after writing to seller about the issue from snapdeal app..soon i called up customer care executive for resolution of the issue and he assured me that i will get what i have ordered and the item is in stock and i ll be getting Zook moto 69 premium bike riding gloves by 21-24 jan..i was really happy that my complaint is registered and the resolution is given by the snapdeal team.. i even got a mail from snapdeal with the reference no 39094207 to resolve my issue..
today on 22 jan 2017 i received my shipment via e com service and i was really upset and disappointed to know that snapdeal has sent the same thing for which i had complaint and not provided me that is shown on the product page and repeating the same thing again..
i called and brought the issue to your notice and got no resolution from your side..instead was offered 50 rs voucher and refund of what i had paid..stating that its a policy of company to refund in 2nd time if the issues is being repeated..and the product is out of stock now..
it was the duty of snapdeal to send me what i ordered i can understand mistake can happen but again after raising the complain, calling to customer care and writing mails to company and after getting assurance and guarantee from the customer care executive if the same thing is happening it means that snapdeal have no responsibilty for their customers.
snapdeal offered me refund, i want to ask snapdeal then what did i gain for waiting 12 days and calling again and again for resolution of problem, wasting my resources and time !
will the refund will do the justice and compensate for the time i waited for the product and mental harassment caused to me? for even after waiting 11 days not getting what i ordered instead taking my money back..then what is the meaning of a customer and a seller.. you assured me that i will get what i am ordering by 100% trust pay policy and after your first mistake repeating the same again to cause trouble to customer.
i have been mentally harassed with the issue not just once but twice..
was this not the duty of snapdeal to look in the issue and check what is being handed to customer even after a complaint about getting wrong product and again sending the same different product..
Being a customer of snapdeal i demand resolution in terms of ZOOK MOTO 69 PREMIUM BIKE RIDING GLOVES which i ordered and compensation for the time that i have been waiting for the product and mental harassment caused by snapdeal for deficient and irresponsible service and unfair trade practice..as they are charging me for what i ordered and providing me different and cheap product which they (snapdeal) themselves criticise on the product info page.
sir, i am attaching the pictures of what i have got twice in these 11 days and also what i had ordered and also the critising image of my ordered product and received product..
