[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unsatisfactory customer service | |||
I, am Amit Singh, I had made an order of a jewellery set with order no.[protected] which was delivered on Nov 15, 2014 and put up a return order on Nov 17, 2014 but the return order was not proceeded Snapdeal's end. I had filed multiple of complaints but no action have been taken yet and once it was told that their courier partner has reached us but we haven't given the product, which was just a lame excuse. I am quite unsatisfied with this type of service.
