[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — used and dirty product delivered, no refund since one month | |||
i had ordered a pair of Sparx robust black shoes order I'd [protected] against which I got a dirty and used shoe. This was a rude shock to me when I opened the box. On bringing it to the notice of Snapdeal, it was plain simple apology. The courier of Snapdeal then refused to pick up the product from my doorstep and asked me to get it down till the main gate. Anyway, he came back the next day after complaints. Now I have been waiting for my refund for almost a month and I hear nothing else other than apologies every time I follow up but no solution. I would urge everybody else reading this to learn from this experience and abandon Snapdeal who is taking consumers and their hard earned money for granted.
