[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Used product been sent and refused return

I had ordered some cosmetics product from snapdeal; which later was found out to b used n defective to which I raised a complaint and arranged a reverse pickup, however the product was been picked up from my premises but Later on I fond out that the refund of my product has been rejected. And the product has also been taken away from me . It has been not done with just 1 product but with multiple orders of mine. The customer care service being so rude and reluctant . They never update on this issue. Neither give any information regardibg the whole concern.

The customer care executive contacted me and discussed the whole issue in detail, and realised tht there was sm misunderstanding thus Refunded my total amount.
