[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Very poor service | |||||
ORDER NO [protected] PLACED ON 24/01/2017 THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED ON 01/02/2017 Firstly the ordered delivered was not the same as was shown on the SNAPDEAL website. When i contacted with the customer care they denied me any help in getting the product returned/replaced. Further the installation time mentioned was 3-4 working days from the date of delivery. But since the date of delivery its been almost a week but no call or any sort of support has been received from this fraud company. I have made six calls to its customer care but the only thing i have got from them is mobile number [protected] which is either unreachable or is not picked up even if it rings. It was my first order on SNAPDEAL but it has shown me the true level of this company. Certainly the experience has been the worst i have gone through on e-platform.
