I, m sanjoy roy my mobi-[protected].I request for replacement of my order swipe konnect plus because I have receive wrong product.currier pickup my package 17/01/2017 including today it is 10days.but package not received by snapdeal.I want to know when snapdel receive the package and when will it quality check and when I will receive my order.I, m very very unhappy with your delay process.it said that maximum 3day need for this process.but after 10 days i, m not getting any response.
