Dear sir, I purchased violin from snapdeal and the violin i have received is entirely different from product description. Hence i have returned the item. But i haven't received any refund. Instead i got a mail from snap deal customer care that theater has passed quality check and hence no refund will be initiated. I have not returned the item due to manufacturing defect but the item is entirely different from product description.in their easy return policy they mentioned that you can return the item if it is entirely different from product description. Order id: [protected] Reference number: 42927336 Date of purchase: 04/07/2017 Date of delivery: 12/07/2017 Date of return: 15/07/2017 (Refund filed on 13/07/2017) I have attached the images for further clarification. By noticing the image itself you can understand how much different the product is. Snapdeal easy return policy is completely fake i believe. The company quality is degrading.
