[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Want my Refund within 2 days | |||
My complain number is 13052968. And requested for cancellation on 16th of Dec, 2014. Then your supervisor told me within 72 hrs order will be cancelled and my refund will be initiated. And still now the status is showing as in transit. Why you have not cancelled that product still yet ? Already 72 hours were over. And when I called your customer service miss Tigi George told me that I have to wait for another 24-48 hours. Why should I wait again for another 24 hours. She is just forcing me to accept . I am in a mental pressure. Snapdeal customers are behaving to me as they have sent that product to me as free of cost. I am asking for my money not from their own or snapdeal account as the status is showing that the product is reached at the source location then why there is a delay in my refund. Please do necessary actions and refund my money within 2 days. And another thing they are changing the estimated dates as they wish. Previously it was 11dec, then they changed it to 17dec, now 23 read Dec. what is this? PFA Was this information helpful? | |||
