[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — warranty card not provided for my casio gshock watch, also product authenticity in doubt | |||
I bought casio gshock339 from snapdeal. They didn't provided warranty card neither manual nor were there any bar codes on watch which are always attached with the product. It is written clearly on snapdeal website that product had 2 year warranty, so how can i claim warrantyi couldn't contact customer care agent directly as i think snapdeal doesn't have any. They just ask consumers to write it down in"help centre" attached to account. I went to service centre of casio in my city he said the product must be fake. Now what should i do, whether snapdeal will provide me with warranty card or i should file a case against snapdeal in consumer court for fraudulent. Was this information helpful? | |||
