Request for the replacement of dell genuine original laptop adapter charger 65w 19.5v 3.34a inspiron 14r n4010 13r n3010 15r n5010 & power cord ordered on 01-nov-2017. The laptop adapter was functioning properly until[protected]. But on[protected] my dell laptop was not getting charged using the above-mentioned adapter charger. And i have found that there is no problem with the laptop as it is getting charged when connected to similar configured dell chargers. I request the snapdeal team to kindly look into the issue and get my adapter charger replaced as it has a 1-year warranty period as mentioned in the snapdeal website.
