[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Without a valid reason they have declined return request | |||||
I have bought set of 6 cups from snap deal.com but the product turned out to be defected and did not match the product description provided by the seller. The cups have holes and jerk marks on handles and edges and has uneven outer surface with sharp bumps on them. The quality of the product did not match the description given on the website. When the very next day I made a return request according to the terms of their return policy, snap deal declined my request without any reason. I want to return the product and want the cost to be refunded to my account. Highly disappointed with the kind of service snap deal is providing with. Was this information helpful? | |||||
