[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Worst delivery process/delayed

On this Diwali ...its worst exepereince with snap deal...We have suggest to dont be order any product on Snap deal
1st delivery (Fashion N Style Black Formal Trouser For Men) date given by snapdeal 29th OCT 2016 to 2nd NOV 2016 which is delivered on 2nd Nov 2016
2nd delivery (Monaz Black Formal Shoes) date given by snapdeal 29th OCT 2016 to 2nd Nov 2016 which delivered on 4th Nov 2016 (after so many calls to coureir service and snapdeal help center)
and there was bad expereince of the way of courier service franchise person /delivery boy was talking (Xpressbees.com E-Commerce Logistics Company)
3rd delivery (Hi Lifestyles Black Formal Regular Fit Shirt COMBO OF BLACK SHIRT, WATCH, CHAIN, BRACELET, RING) date given by snap deal 30th Oct 2016 to 3rd Nov 2016 but Yet NOT DELIVERED today was 6th Nov 2016
courier service was same (Xpressbees.com E-Commerce Logistics Company)
we called to coureir service yesterday on 5th Nov 2016 they had informed due to heavy load we unable to delivered on time ..that rubished excuses given by courier franchises and they had commite they dilvered today 5th nov 2016 OR tomarrow 6th Nov 2016
so we again call to curier service today on 6th Nov 2016 to confirmed is delivered today??
but they again gave excuses and informed it will delivered tomarrow 7th Nov 2016

We also have all call recording which is conversasion between me and coureir franchises /delivery boy
