[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Worst Online Shopping Provider. No Refund since 2 Months | |||
MY NAME IS PREKSHA, MY ORDER NO [protected]. WD ELEMENT 2.5 INCH 2 TB EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE ON 6TH OCTOBER 2.014 PAID 6771 RS UPFRONT.AND I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AS FAULTY. I CALLED THEM TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRODUCT WHICH THEY DID ON 19TH OCTOBER 2014. SINCE 19TH OCTOBER I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND WHICH IS NOT DONE TILL NOW. ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING FROM SNAPDEAL, I MUST HAVE CALLED ATLEAST 15 TIMES AND EMAILED ATLEAST 10 TIMES STILL ALL I GET FROM THEM IS THE REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND I WILL GET IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SNAPDEAL IS WORST SITE TO DO ONLINE SHOPPING FROM COZ THEY CLAIM NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN POLICY AND ARE HARASSING ME FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. ALL THEY DO IS ADVERTISE ON TV FOR BEING THE BEST ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE BUT THEY REALLY SUCK. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS AM I GETTING MY MONEY BACK OR SHOULD I OFFICIALLY LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE AUTHORITIES. Was this information helpful? | |||
