I had ordered a black formal shoe (order number: [protected]), but due to size problems I requested for return and replace. I waited for more than 10 days and when no one came for pickup and after many phone communications, someone from SnapDeal suggested me to send it on my own and courier charges would be reimbursed. I did that and shared the courier details. I received confirmation email as well from SnapDeal. Even after so much ordeal and frustration, I haven't received my refund yet. I have been communicating with SnapDeal team regarding this, but failed to get a positive reply. This was in December 2014.
After so many months, I have even stopped pursuing. I felt like I have been robbed.
But forgetting all this and thinking that SnapDeal has evolved I did the same mistake again. I ordered 2 products from SnapDeal on 05-Oct-2016, order number: [protected]. There were 2 products - Sony SBH20 Bluetooth Headsets & Portronics Car Power 2 (IOS) 4.8 Amp 3 USB Port with Lightning Cable - Black. Out for which first seller for Sony SBH20 Bluetooth Headsets could not fulfill the order and cancelled it. SnapDeal tried to get it through some other seller. After almost a week even this seller could not fulfill the same and cancelled it. After waiting for almost 8 days, one of the products from my order was cancelled. Why does SnapDeal display such products on their site when they cannot fulfill it??? I am never gonna buy anything from SnapDeal again, that's for sure. Very frustrating.
