[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong imei no | |||
I my jio phone purchased by me. Snapdeal provided me a incorrect imei no on invoice. I contacted snapdeal and they said that they can't go with return. But really i don't want return. I just need a corrected soft copy of my invoice. No return or replacement needed. Order id [protected]. It was buyer before 8 months ago. There was wrong imei no shown on the invoice as from the phone. When asked company they denied to help me and said it is beyond their tat. But i am saying that to them only correct the bill. I need no return or replacement. Product is genuine but please correct the bill for me Was this information helpful? | |||
