[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong item delivered | |||||
Hi i placed an order for zoook rocker encore 12w bluetooth speaker on october 4 2016 with the order id: [protected] (1 item). When i received the box which should have had the speaker it turned out to be that the box had pair of shoes which i never ordered and then when i called customer care regarding this they just said we will look into it and despite sending photo of the shoes i received at [protected]@snapdeal.com and also sending email to rohit bansal and kunal bahl no one has bothered to call me and have not yet received my speaker and now i am tired of the pathetic customer service of snapdeal and i wish i had not ordered via snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||||
