Snapdeal.com — Wrong mode of Refund | |||
I had purchased a product from Snapdeal (Sub order No [protected]) and paid using net banking channel. However, as the product delivered did not match the product ordered, i returned the product and sought a refund. On 31 Oct at 15:44 i received an email stating that the refund amount will be returned to my bank account. However, twenty minutes later, at 16:04 i received another mail stating that the refund has been made through SD Cash. This amounts to cheating as my consent for the same was not sought. This reflects poorly on a supposedly reputed company. Was this information helpful? | |||
