I've booked a Pigeon 6 pcs cookware set on 24th Dec 2016, for shipment has reached me on 2nd Jan 2017.
The thing is I've received a piece of damaged or used pan instead of Pigeon 6 pcs cookware set find the attached pan image for your reference.
Moreover I've opted for return/refund of the product on the same day when I received the consignment. Pickup for the same has been scheduled on 3rd Jan 2017, where no one came for picking it up or contacted me on this aspect.
Instead by evening I've received an auto-generated email from Snapdeal stating that I was not available at the address which I provided which is not at all acceptable, being I've provided my office address where I'll be available till 6.30 on any given working day.
I can't understand whether QC dept is working or not in Snapdeal.
