[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product | |||||
This is the worst of all the e-commerce companies in India. First they take your order and they send you wrong product. I bought 3-star refrigerator of maroon color from snapdeal at 11700 but they sent me 1-star fridge of brown color. After 20 days of all the negotiations and all, they are saying the cost of that fridge has increased, we cannot give you 3-star you have to keep 1-star (for which we are demanding some refund).
