[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — wrong product deliver and delivery status not update | |||
I order a product on 13 October Order ID - [protected] Product Name - Bhumik Enterprise Multicoloured Bangalore Silk Anarkali Semi product dilver to me on 19 october but the product is completely different which I order . But in order detail status is still not update . Therefor i cant generate return request . so i email to snapdeal on 19 October regarding this issue . But after 3 days no reply from their side and status still show that product expected delivery time is 23 to 25 October . I want my payment back . Was this information helpful? | |||
