Snapdeal.com — Wrong Product Deliver Every Time from Snapdeal | |||
I ordered “Borosil Bloom Melamine Fidenza Dinner Set - 35 Piece” on 26th Dec 2014 Order Number: [protected] On 2nd Jan 2015 I found a courier boy from Javas courier service. He was tarrying to deliver me a wrong order (product). It was “Pigeon Cooker Inner Lid”. It seems like that he want to deliver me someone else order. From that day I have contacted Snapdeal customer care many times but didn’t get a satisfied answer. I also suggested them to send me the right product again but they directly denied for this. My Complaint Number is: 13931286 Today is 14th Jan 2015 and I still didn’t get my refund from Snapdeal. Issues with Other products: I also ordered “Milton Pink Thermosteel Bottle - 750 ML Flask” from Snapdeal on 13 Jan 2014 but I got the wrong product; It was not exactly that I ordered. It was red in color while I ordered Pink. Order Number: [protected] So it seems like Snapdeal is only trying to sell their product only no matter what customer want.
