Order no [protected] We have Ordered product number LG P7853R3S(BG) Semi Automatic 6.8 Kg Washing but got LG P7258N15 Semi Automatic 6.2 Kg. Have paid amount for big washing machine but got small one of 6.2 KG only. We ordered ----- Machine having 6.8 KG capacity but you couriered a machine of 6.2 KG capacity. Model no. LG P7853R3S but you sent LG P7258N1F. Machine with red color but you sent in blue color. Please take immediate action on this issue by replacing this machine with what we had actually ordered. " THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS BASED ON TRUST WHICH SHOULD ALWAYS BE KEPT ALIVE JUST TO GAIN HEART OF ANY CUSTOMER." let me know if any more information/details are required.My family is very upset with snapdeal for such a bad customer experience. Resolve my issue on priority.
