[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered and no help from customer care. | |||||
I was delievered a wireless mouse instead of the earphones i ordered from snapdeal. On demand of exchange of the product i was denied because of their 7 day return policy.But I would have accepted that if the product deliever to me was correct. Now i have no use of the mouse delievered to me and neither they are helping me to exchange the product. Also i'm going to cancel all further orders from snapdeal by me, my friends and my relatives. It's a Rs700 loss to me but you just imagine what this fraud is going to your company. So the only one thing i can do is to file a legal complaint against snapdeal and its team for this fraud done to me by snapdeal intentionally. Was this information helpful? | |||||
