[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong Product delivered and refund not processed | |||
Snapdeal services have gone from bad to worse. At the time of purchase, they lure the customers by offering discounts and also guarantee the purchase under TrustPay. But, when it comes to delivering, they fail miserably. in my case, they first delivered a wrong product, and did not even bother for a reverse pickup, I had to arrange a courier for returning the wrong product, then they placed an alternate order for replacement, and after one week the order is cancelled without giving any reason. And since one month I have been waiting for refund of the amount I paid for the purchase. I had even registered a complaint with No.13099893, but till date no resolution has been provided from Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||
