I was got wrong product and complaint on 13.Oct.2016
As ordered mobile Model no. XOLO ERA X .
Got wrong product Model no. XOLO ERA 4g which is wrong.
Snapdeal Engineer was visit my home n checked that product is wrong on 19th.oct.2016
SNAPDEAL have picked product by courier from my home on 21st.oct
Snapdeal received the product at sandeal wearhouse on 22nd.oct
snapdeal decline the quality check that product is right so we sending your same product which they received as per mentioned in email and sms.
I do not understand that what they did check quality match. As I got wrong item n also checked by snapdeal enginier at my home that product is wrong n now they are saying that quality check is not match. How is possible.
I also mailed on these Sanpdeal mail Ids - [protected]@sanpdeal.com and help+[protected]@sanpdeal.com
Today also talked with Sanpdeal helpline.
But still i do not get product.
