[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered

I am Yogendra singh Chauhan...On 19 jan I have placed order For Wow garcinia ultra 85 percent for 2000 ... And on 27 Jan I recieved totally different product.. Then immediately I have registered complaint..But continuesly Snapdeal customer care is making of me fool by saying wait for 24-48 hour's
Now it's more than week
Snapdeal neither replaced ordered not refunded my money.. It's matter of my medicine.. But even then Snapdeal don't care ... It's matter of 2000 rs... It's hard money... Please don't full us.. We are your customers...

Updated by Yogendra singh Chauhan It's more than week now but didn't get any solution till now.. They have wonderful strategy to fool customers... They cheated me with 2000 rs... And playing with my health issue.. By sending wrong medicine
