[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered, no one came to pickup the product and return request closed | |||||
I have ordered bicycle for my kid. They delivered me wrong product. I have requested return but no one came to pick it up. The courier fellow gave wrong information about our presence at home. I have contacted customer care several time but no action. I have recordings of all conversations for reference. Please take a appropriate call and replace the product.
