[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product (SOFA set) delivered & Measurement difference | |||||
I have received a different Sofa set from snapdeal from which i have placed an order. The size difference is also mentioned by me as per the attached images. The Snapdeal customer support team daily gives me a call and update the same dialogue of escalating the issue to their concerned department. Now the snap deal team has come with a resolution of 1000rs compensation against the hassle caused or if i have not agreed, they will recall the item and refund the money. Now the fault is totally from their side as i have received the product in a lesser size from the actual description given on Snapdeal website. I demanded one separate piece of sofa also to be delivered, so that i can match it with the exact size. If not i will have to make the sofa set from any nearby local sofa makers. It will cost around 8 to 9500 for a single piece of sofa. I need to get the amount from SNAPDEAL, if not they have send the sofa to my address. I will be going ahead with he legal proceedings for sure. Was this information helpful? | |||||
