I have placed an order on snapdeal.com on 28.09.18. They supplied a wrong product on 03.10.18. I have initiated replacement request to supply correct item on 04.10.18.
Till 09.10.18. They have not send anyone to pickup the item and kept on rescheduling the pickup date since 05.10.18. I have written reminders everyday which are replied by their customer service with false commitment.
From the situation it is clear that they do not have any intention to give the replacement as they have already received the payment. Was this information helpful? |
