Dear national consumer helpline,
My name is nimai meher. I am a victim of the harassment by snapdeal customer service. My order id is [protected] placed on 09 apr, 2016.
Let me explain the whole incident.
I placed order on 09 apr, 2016. Item was "ethnic india art solo 4 seater sheesham wood dining set with table".
At that time, the price was rs. 14999/- including delivery.
Delivery date was between 10th may 2016 to 14th may 2016. It was not delivered inspite of multiple calls between snapdeal and me. I raised the complaint for many times but there was no result. Finally on 14th may 2016, snapdeal called me and said that the product delivery date is delayed and it will be delivered between 16th may 2016 to 20th may 2016. The harassment did not stop here. Today i got a call from snapdeal saying that i have to cancel my order and place a new order. The cheating started here. Now, they have increased the price to rs. 19092/-. Dear national consumer helpline, this seems to be a well organized cheating process wherein snapdeal will nicely grab consumer's hard earned money.
I do not want any refund. I want the product with same price which i had ordered.
Also, please let me know weather i can send a reminder-cum-legal notice to snapdeal or not. If yes, please let me know the procedure. You can call me at[protected].
