We order xiaomi mi max on snapdeal at16/9/2016 at11:32pm.we call on snapdeal customer care no. To get the information about cash back on mobile set .snapdeal customer care employ told me that we get cash back of 1, 500rs after the delivery of mobile set then 14, 999rs cut out from our debit card. Today We call on snapdeal customer care employ to get the information of our mobile that when it will delivered then they said there is no cash back offer on mobile set .sir why we get this wrong information .please delivered my product at the cash back offer.
