I have purchased a zookr bluetooth speaker but unfortunately it had some connectivity issue. So i returned it and the pick up was done bby vulcan express.

Every time i call snapdeal for this issue they say that they will return as soon as they get it but nothing is happening

It has already been 13 days but neither i am getting refund nor i can track the product.

Snapdeal just cheated me
