Snapdeal — complaint about refund for a damaged product

I had recently purchased a micro sd card worth Rs 520 which was damaged. I made a complaint for refunding or replacement. They already have collected the product. But they have not transfered the money to my sd cash for further usage. They are nnot responding to any complaint. There is no sd cash appearing. My request number is 6837765
