I ordered VOX Remote Room Heater vide order number [protected] which has been shipped to me and received at my end in the damaged condition (internal damage). I immediately raised compliant with complaint number 4553453 on 3rd Jan 2014. They responded vide email saying that they will get it reverse picked up within 4 business days and would provide replacement which got over on 9th Jan. I again escalated the matter to their Support Team over calls for 6 days during 9th to 17th and over email dated 11th. Their Support Team demanded another 4 days for reverse pick up which got over on 16th. Still the damaged product is not reverse picked up by Snapdeal. This shows totally absence of accountability of Snapdeal on shipping the damaged product and subsequently not getting it picked up during the timeline they provided which has amounted to mental, physical and financial harassment and needs to be compensated financially in addition to the immediate replacement of the product.
