I ordered a product from snapdeal which was defective so i tried returning it but now im getting a message in support saying that due to internal quality checks my return request could not be completed.
This is the second time this is happening.. Lot of money for a non electric product and snap deal has eaten my money both times.. The customer care rep is so rude whe i try to ask them why it was rejected. Why is snap deal punishing me like this?
