Hello, We had ordered pillows from snapdeal that had offers buy 1 get 1 free. But just one pillow was delivered. When i wrote to them regarding the same, their reply was " Snapdeal, Sep 02 15:09: Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. We regret to inform you that, we would not be able to entertain your complaint as it has crossed the 7 day TAT. We would like to inform you that in case you face any problem with the purchased product, you have to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. For detailed information, kindly refer to below mentioned FAQs link given on our website."
And this was my reply : " The pillows got delivered on the 24th. It was received by my sis at home who wasn't aware of this buy 1 get 1 free offer... I got to know abt the delivery error after I got back from outstation on the 1st Sept... N technically I responded back to you guys in 7 working days only... Kindly help us as we wanted to purchase more stuff but for a trial purchased these pillows. If the first order placed itself was a delivery error how can I count on the service provided by your company? Hope you understand. Hoping for a positive response" Then on the 4th of september they gave me this complaint no.. n said they'd get back to me at the earliest... more than a month has passed by.. n no response yet.. Kindly help..
