Snapdeal — Didn't get my refund | |||||
I've ordered a selfie stick from snapdeal one month ago. I recieved an defected piece so i filed for replacement. After 15 day calling them agaun and again i got the replacement but when i checked that, it ws also not working then finally i filed for refund. Because i do not stay in metro city i had to send the product on my own, they told me the courier charges will be returned but till now they have not refunded my amount. This is a very bad service. This ecommerce site should be shut down. They literally harass consumers. They sell rejected pieces. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
