[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Different product delivered and of bad quality

Worst service from snapdeal and sitting at the callcentre. Every time they say they will arrange a call back but no callsreceived. If you send mail also, no replies from them. Never ever going to usethis website nor will recommend to anyone for buying. When I called customer care, they refuse to take a request.First of all the product was delayed when I called customer care they don’thave any clue or update (dumb sitting in the call centre). They asked me to getin touch with Courier Company, the same story therewith the courier company, they also don’t have any clue. Every time they said it will be delivered asapbut no date commitment. Is this a joke? You guys deliver wrong product with badquality and don’t accept your mistakes and blame it on customers. Request the concerned to take action against them and othersplease stop using their website for buying. Once u ordered and paid the amount then youare in a trap. No way you can come out of it.
