I ordered woodland belt and purse online from snapdeal. They delivered duplicate product on 19 sept 2019. I didn't use the product and raised a return and refund request for it same day. Next day abdul mujeed ([protected]) from ecom express courier came for pick up of product. Product was picked up successfully, but i got message that product has not passed quality check. Now product is with ecom express but i keep getting call and message for again pick of same product, which is already picked up.
Then i tried to reach ecom express courier service, but i couldn't becuase they ask for awb no. I was not given any awb no when the product was picked up.
Now i am trying to reach out to snapdeal helpdesk. But i keep getting same mail that they need 48 hr to resolve issue. Now its been 7 days. Nobody is trying to reach me from snapdeal. They are not giving any number to reach out to them. So issue is not resolved. Please help.
