Snapdeal — Faulty product

I was given a faulty handset so I raised a return request within 7 days, all they told me is to go to service centre of that product. Snapdeal didn't follow their 7 days return policy and just changed the status of the order as return initiated without actually doing anything. Due to this status change I am not getting any CASHBACK from cashkaro and HDFC, loss of 700rs incurred by me as a result of this. I followed up with snapdeal and they gave me one link saying it is having the solution and you don't have to make a new transaction to avail the CASHBACK, on opening the link I found nothing but steps for encashing CASHBACK points to cash.
