[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Faulty products fake promises

They are sending Faulty products...

Eg: Earthing problem, without shock proof, convection mode not working, heating rods not working..
Company promising for easy return n replacement at the time of selling product..

Now they r denying only because my previous account history I replaced many items.

Why company sold product if they have problem with my account, n why company promised for easy return/replacement and payment secure, if can't fullfil their promises.

They are doing very wrong not with me but many others ..

If they have problem with account holder address or any customer they can suspend their account stop selling them but why doing this after sale and promises..

They are harassing and they are cheating and doing unethical online business they are not following online promises and rules.

They are doing not good, following only their own rules..

They don't bother for government online policy they don't bother any consumer.. This is not first time Snapdeal and others always do this type of harassment to consumers..

This is not only my problem but many consumers facing this type of many problems..

They are using cashless online banking to buy online but online companies cheating and harassing their consumers..

Please do needful..
