[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Fialed transaction money has not been credited to my credit card account.

Hi I tried to purchase a mobile in snap-deal on 6th Oct 2014. My transaction got failed but money was debited from my Credit card. My transaction money has not been credited yet in my HDFC bank credit card. I made a compliant in snap deal customer support and it was told to me my money will credited with in 48 hrs. Today I checked with Bank, it has not been credited yet. Please do the needful foe me as early as possible. Please find the complaint details as below.
