I purchased a mobile of panssonic eluga icon through snapdeal . Phone received on 18.03.2016. Order no: [protected]. It is informed to snap deal that phone is falty. It is hanging for every half an hour. And entered in free 7 days replacement. Policy. After that a mail came on 22.03.2016 that policy time over !!!. Afterwards a lenghty discussion, it is informed that service person will come to check the phone. But nobody turned so far.
I am requesting snap deal to take back that mobile and to return back my money.
