[Resolved] Snapdeal — Fraud from snapdeal | |||||
I am trusting snapdeal company only but i registered a refund complaint of my watch and it is pick up on 12th of April and courier boy give me a pick up receipt so I talk to the customer service advisor because my status show pickup schedule but it is picked up they told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and when I talk to advisor next day he told me tomorrow is your status will be updated and after next day he told me that your id will closed and no return and replace will done and when i ask to give my item back they said it also we will not able to do please refund my money to my freecharge account ph no. [protected] my product is passed in quality check also but till now they are not refunding my money my order id -[protected] my ordered watch name-skmei black round dial analog digital casual watch why they are not refunding my money already 1 month has passed and since i have registered 9 or 10 complaint very cheap third-class company showing cheapness on refunding only rs.663 Was this information helpful? | |||||
