[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Fraud (power bank delivery)

I placed order from snapdeal with prepaid amount for Intex IT-PB11K 11000 mAh Power Bank - White - for iOS and Android Devices with order id [protected] on 10 Aug 2016, on 14 aug 2016 I received a message that my product has been delivered bt I didn't receive product when enquired from snap deal team, they are saying my product has been delivered with showing a fraud signature, neither it's mine or my husband's signature.
I have written many emails and called snap deal customer care 30 to 35 times from last month but they people not talking any action and continuously saying that product has been delivered to me only with showing that fraud signature and not ready to give my money back.

after registering complaint i received call from snapdeal team with no.[protected], and that guy was asking my account no to refund my amount. as i was busyso deny to give it that time. after some again got a call from no.[protected](snapdeal), he took my debit card no as i was at my work place and i do not remember my account no, he also asked expiry of my card with cvv as he said its been very much needed for fund tranfer and he started debited amount from my account. he debited 3k from my account by continously engaging me on call.
snapdeal is worst ever online shopping site and please do not share any info with its customer care team. they all are fraud people.
i will definitely file police care against snapdeal.
my bank icici farud inspection team already working on my case with case file no. SR[protected]

after posting these message on open forum, snapdeal sent an email to me asking about fraud information, when given reply to them, its showing message failed as you are not allowed to reply on this email.

snapdeal you people are making joke of your customer, after this much incident happened with your genuine customer how you can be this much careless.

***now customer care people making call to me say that take responsibility of that fraud signature and will my amount back of that product and who will take the responsibility of this fraud, the calls or mails which been sent to you from last 30 days continuously and apart from this customer frustration, my fraud signature.

yesterday only snapdeal team revert back that prepaid payment amount in my freecharge wallet, without my permission. as i have told that i want the complete amount of 3k, on behalf of the calls charges of making calls to you from last 35 days continously to customer care, my fraud signature and actually that fraud transaction of 3k(if consider that done by a malicious user not by snapdeal),
still it happened cause of snapdeal only, as after 35 days continuous calls and fraud signature atleast my lost amount of 3k, you people give back to me otherwise i am not at all interested to take that prepaid amount of that product after this much fight of 35 days and my fraud signature.

yesterday received call from snapdeal, without my permission now they revert back prepaid product amonunt in my snapdeal freerecharge account, and told to give me compensation of 100 rs as for callmaking by me continously 35-40 days.

how pathetic these people are...he is saying to file me FIR against fraud transaction as its been not done by snapdeal team, then why not i file FIR against fraud signature which been done by you only.

i really do not have any words for snapdeal...MOST PATHETIC EXPRIENCE I HAV BEEN IN MY LIFE GIVEN BY SNAPDEAL ONLY, in my society 600 flats are there and my 500 freinds on friends, i will make sure atleast they people will not suffer with such kind of experience what i had with snapdeal, already warned them to not to do snapdeal shopping and do not rely on snapdeal wording and action.

every day snapdeal giving me this statement, issue started from 18th aug and not been solved yet. till now you were not able to figure out that how my fraud signature has been done on receiving product slip.

i want my 3000rs back, rest how you solve this case its your headache.
i have already filed FIR against snapdeal fraud signature, if you do not want to proceed me with this case, revert back my 3k amount.

please do not make any call to me as i can't explain case history to everyone on every call.
